Apple may have dumped Qualcomm for this chipmaker

A report published in November this year suggested that the 2018 Apple iPhones may finally support gigabit LTE networks. Now, Digitimes cements those claims but says that Apple may be tapping on shoulders of MediaTek as the secondary chipset with Intel being the primary supplier.
