Suspect in disturbing baseball-bat attack in St. Thomas granted bail
Mark Phillips, a Toronto lawyer accused in the St. Thomas baseball bat attack on Dec. 7, has been released on $5,000 bail. Through his lawyer, Phillips apologized in court on Monday.
