Child struck and killed in Scarborough

An 11 year old boy was critically injured while crossing the street at Canongate Trail and Purcell Square where he was struck by a vehicle and later died in hospital. Residents in the area say it’s tough to see children crossing the street because of parked vehicles. Kamil Karamali reports.
