Google Pixel 2 users will now be able to click better images from third-party app’s cameras before sharing them online. This is because the search giant has activated Pixel Visual Core, a custom-made image processing tech in the handset for third-party apps. This chipset was already there in the new Pixel smartphones but were enabled with the arrival of Android 8.1.
