Pallavi S Shroff , founder and managing partner of law firm Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, will join the board of Paytm’s parent One97 Communications. Shroff’s appointment comes after WhatsApp’s business head Neeraj Arora quit the board of Paytm. Shroff is also the director on the boards of other companies like Maruti Suzuki India, Apollo Tyres and Trident Group, among others.
