Toronto police have made two arrests in connection with the death of Nnamdi Ogba, an innocent man who was killed for no apparent reason. Now the mother of Shaquille Wallace, another man killed in the same neighbourhood, is concerned there might be a turf war in the area. Kamil Karamali reports.
