Mon, Mar 5: The City of Toronto has installed a temporary barrier along a pathway where 11-year-old Duncan Xu was killed last week. Councillor Jim Karygiannis says students often run through the pathway and jaywalk across the street it exits onto. Kamil Karamali reports.
