Australia says dropped phones on airplanes are a fire risk. Transport Canada does not

It’s been 16 months since Australia's Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) issued a warning to air passengers about the potential fire hazard of dropping their cell phones between airline seats, but so far Transport Canada has not followed suit.
