Best Friends Begins 'Pay It Forward' Campaign to Help Clear Shelters

In July, there's a 20% increase in animal intake at shelters as compared to other months, says Best Friends Animal Society, so Best Friends has launched a 10-day "Pay It Forward" campaign.
