Toronto Mayor John Tory said Monday that there was a discussion about guns during his meeting with federal minister Bill Blair, Ontario Premier Doug Ford and Toronto Police Chief Mark Saunders and it was a “very small beginning” to ensure keeping guns out of the hands of the wrong people.
