Internet giant Google at its 'Google For India' event today announced new features for Google Maps app and Maps Go app. Along with new features, Google India also shared how 'Plus Codes' are being used for 25,000 households in Kolkata to identify them on Google Maps. These Plus Codes are virtual addresses used to identify households that do not have regular addresses that can me mapped.
