John Tory says reviewing legal options in response to councillor cuts, report coming ‘imminently’

Toronto Mayor John Tory said Wednesday with the passage of a bill to cut the number of city councillors by the Ontario government, the city is examining its legal options and a confidential report could be expected “imminently” about what could be done to potentially challenge the bill.
