Canada returning to NAFTA talks earlier than expected

Canada's foreign affairs minister is heading back to Washington for another series of high-level NAFTA meetings. Chrystia Freeland will be in D.C. on Tuesday, before heading off to the Liberal caucus retreat in Saskatoon later in the week.
