Ontario appeal court to hear arguments on staying Toronto council cut ruling

The Court of Appeal of Ontario is set to hear arguments from the provincial government on staying a ruling that set aside the Better Local Government Act, a law that would cut Toronto city council wards to 25 from 47 in the upcoming election.
