Ottawa won't fight First Nations that choose to ban cannabis: Blair

Ottawa won’t take a First Nation to court if it decides to ban cannabis, Border Security and Organized Crime Reduction Minister Bill Blair said during an appearance Wednesday evening before a Senate committee.
