Key inquest exhibits reveal flaws in stage that killed Radiohead drum tech

The inquest into the death of Scott Johnson will hear closing submissions Tuesday.  Johnson was the Radiohead drum technician killed in the June 16, 2012 stage collapse in Toronto. In the past two weeks, much has been revealed about problems with the stage and communication on the ground as it was constructed.
