Kahnawake man acquitted on Quebec tax charge, prepares for constitutional challenge on federal charges

Derek White and Hunter Montour, both 48, were being tried for allegedly smuggling tobacco from the United States and evading millions of dollars in taxes that should have been paid to the provincial and federal governments.
