'Sexual purpose' of violin teacher who touched students' breasts at heart of appeal

Former female students of a Chatham, Ont., violin teacher acquitted of inappropriately touching them were at the Ontario Court of Appeal in Toronto Tuesday, hoping the three-judge panel will either order a new trial on all charges or convict him on some.
