Doug Ford says he ‘hates’ it that hydro rates are gong up

Ontario Premier Doug Ford said on Oct. 13 he hates it that hydro rates in Ontario are going up. Despite Ford’s promise to lower rates by 12 per cent during the last election, the government has still released no details of how they’re going to accomplish this.
