Is January really 'divorce month'? Some experts — and couples — say yes

Among some legal circles January is known as "divorce month" because of an increase in inquiries about splitting up. The theory is that couples buck up for one last holiday with family, and then head to the lawyer's office soon after the Christmas tree comes down.
