Should parents have the choice to keep their child in the same grade after 2nd disrupted school year?

Many parents and educators worry about the disrupted education of Canadian students because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, some are suggesting in some cases it may be time reconsider an unconventional option Canada has moved away from: Having students repeat a grade.
