Just over a week after relaunching verification, Twitter has announced that it has paused the process of verification of profiles on its platform. The company announced this in a tweet, where it said, “We’re rolling in verification requests. So we gotta hit pause on accepting any more for now while we review the ones that have been submitted. We’ll reopen requests soon! (we pinky swear)”
