Young climate activists beat Germany's government in court. Could it happen here?

Two Canadian lawsuits are pitting young plaintiffs against the federal and Ontario governments over climate targets. A similar case recently succeeded in Germany and that country had to raise its emissions goals as a result. Could the same thing happen here?
