Daylight saving time referendum has special significance for one Alberta city

On Monday, Albertans will be asked to decide if they want to adopt year-round Daylight Saving Time, eliminating the need to change clocks twice a year. The decision could have a big impact on Lloydminster, which straddles both provinces.
