Parents allege children hit, thrown against wall at Quebec City daycare where toddlers escaped last week

Last week, three young children left a daycare to wander near a busy boulevard. Two were found stuck in a nearby bog. Now parents are saying they have had concerns about the place but have felt unable to speak up.
