Toronto plastic surgeon accused of malpractice and disappearing with patients' money has licence suspended

CBC News reported on plastic surgeon Dr. Mahmood Kara in October 2021, when several patients accused him of taking their deposit money and not following through with procedures. While he's paid some of the money back, CBC News has learned he's accused of botching some surgeries he did do and that his licence has been temporarily suspended.
