Ontario Nexus applicants wait in limbo as backlog balloons to more than 333,000

The wait continues for many who are trying to renew their Nexus cards. According to the CBSA the backlog is even bigger and Canadian enrolment centres remain shuttered. That's leaving many Ontarians frustrated. One expert suggests the reason for the closure of the centres is more complicated than simply COVID-19.
