Vulnerable B.C. foster child forced into 'prostitution ring' and drug use, lawsuit alleges

A former Prince George foster child is suing the B.C. government, alleging staff of the Ministry of Children and Families ignored her pleas for help after she was coerced into drug use and forced into "prostitution."
