B.C. communities raise concerns as applications for climate-related emergency funding spike

Cities, towns and villages in British Columbia have been busy since 2017 applying for and spending money under a provincial fund meant to shore up dikes, stabilize slopes and plant trees, but the municipal federation that administers the fund says more is needed.
