Attorney General Mickey Amery is calling for a judicial review after federal Justice Minister Arif Virani ordered a new trial for Roy Allan Sobotiak, convicted of second-degree murder in the death of Susan Kaminsky 38 years ago. Kaminsky's body has never been found.
